Why I am passed over opportunity in my career as per astrology

Name: Vikas Yadav
DOB: 22nd March 1988
Time: 5:30 PM
Place: Lucknow, India
I feel like I’m always overlooked for career advancement opportunities, even though I meet all the qualifications.  Can you tell me what’s going wrong and why I’m being passed over for these opportunities?

The constant situation in the birth chart of Vikas Yadav in which he failed to be promoted in his career despite his qualifications, is probably because of a blend of astrological elements that influence the visibility, recognition and timeliness. The 10 th house (house of career) and its lord are important in career advancement. When the 10 th lord happens to be in the 6 th, 8 th and 12 th house (which is referred to as dusthana houses) or when it is afflicted by malefic planets such as Rahu, Ketu or Saturn then it may result in career failure or failure to get noticed. Moreover, the placement or the appearance of Saturn on the 10 th house or Sun (a symbol of power and self-esteem) may lead to procrastination, not to mention making others refuse to notice the effort one puts in or even end up not being loved by the seniors. This may happen due to the effect that Rahu may exert on the 10th or 11th house where the action undertaken may be obscured or invisible to decision-makers. Furthermore, the Vimshottari Dasha that is currently in place may not be conducive to career advancement, such as when he is in the Mahadasha or Antardasha of a weak, retrograde or poorly placed planet, and his merit is still waiting to have a chance. Slow progress can also be caused by transits or transits of Saturn especially of the 10th or 11th house. Generally, the chart indicates that planetary combinations are leading to a lack of relationship between effort and reward, leading to steady monitoring of career progression despite qualifications.
