Why I am too sensitive, is there any planetary impact causing this

Everyone says I’m too sensitive and emotional. My name is Riya. I was born on 15th May 2002, and I’m a Taurus. Sometimes I cry after a normal conversation just because I feel people were too harsh or cold to me.  It’s affecting my friendships. I want to know if my zodiac or planets have something to do with how deeply I feel things.
