Will meditation really help me cope with migraine pain?

When I was a teenager, I used to have migraines very regularly migraines and this was a terrible thing for me. In most cases, remediations fulfill their roles effectively; however, I still experience slight dizziness and weakness after a migraine episode. My aunt says that she has only cut down the number of her migraine attacks through meditation. Is this a scientific backing, or is the brain tricking her? My name is Tanu Singh, and I was born in Delhi on 20th October 1998 at 6:25 PM.

Namaste Tanu Ji, Born on 25th May 1998 in Kanpur at 2:45 PM, you have a Gemini Sun and Taurus Moon. Migraines are often a result of an "Over-reactive" nervous system. Scientific Backing: This is absolutely based in science. Migraines are triggered by the Trigeminal Nerve and changes in blood flow. The Logic: Meditation stabilizes the Autonomic Nervous System. By practicing Breathing for Migraine, you are training your blood vessels to remain stable and your nerves to be less "irritable." Reducing Frequency: Consistent meditation has been shown to reduce the frequency and intensity of attacks because you are lowering the overall "Stress Load" on your brain. It isn't a "trick"; it is Holistic Migraine Management that changes the threshold at which your brain triggers a headache.
