Will practicing mindfulness through Headspace help me overcome social anxiety?
I am Sneha Nair. I was born in Kochi on 12th July 2001 at 3:15 PM. I come across difficulties when I want to talk to people I don’t know. My heart beats faster, and I feel like my skin is itching when I am supposed to socialize. When I read, I stumbled upon mindfulness meditation as an effective method to reduce social anxiety by helping the person to be present in the moment, and it really works for me. I have the Headspace app, but I am totally lost on how to start and how long it is going to take for me to feel confident.
