Can I actually learn to cope with my anxiety or will it forever dictate everything?

Name: Roshni Date of Birth: 9 March 1996 Place of Birth: Ujjain Time: 5:20 PM. I have been anxious for many years now, and it just seems like it's in charge. Even when good things are happening, I catch myself thinking about the worst that can happen. I've tried meditating, writing in a journal, and even seeing a therapist, but still, the anxiety returns. I just discovered that my moon is Gemini, which supposedly makes me restlessly thinking. Is that why I overanalyze everything? Is there anyway to really manage or get over this extra anxiety, or will it always be a part of me?
