Can anyone suggest me some meditation applications that will not make me feel overwhelmed?

Name: Rishi, Date of birth: 8 March 2001, Place of birth: Pune, Time: 7:10 AM. I have been wanting to use the meditation method in my regular schedule with the purpose of managing my stress and anxiety but feeling that I am lost if there is no guidance. Several of them I have downloaded but they are either too difficult or they require me to have a long session that I am unable to devote to. What are the top meditation apps that can help me deal with anxiety and stress without getting overwhelmed? I would like something simple, flexible, and ideally low cost or free that can fit into my lifestyle.
