How can I control panic attacks triggered by social anxiety in the workplace?
Name: Kunal Date of Birth: 14 February 1994 Place of Birth: Delhi Time: 8:05 AM. My social anxiety has become so severe that now I experience panic attacks prior to and during work. Even thinking about presenting during meetings or conversing with coworkers makes my chest tighten and my vision go blurry. I've even phoned in sick just to get away from people.
