How do I deal with all-out fear of everything going wrong?

Name: Arnav Date of Birth: 16 August 1996 Place of Birth: Delhi Time: 9:30 AM. Recently, I have been swamped with this relentless fear that it's all going to collapse. I'm afraid of losing my job, getting sick, or losing people in my life, even the little things I think in the worst possible way. It's draining and exhausting. I know it's anxiety, but I don't know how to make it stop. How do I cope when my brain is constantly telling me disaster is imminent?

Namaste, Arnav. Born in Delhi with a Leo sun, your "Inner King" is being threatened by a shadow army of worries. This "fear of everything going wrong" is a Rahu-driven paranoia. Rahu creates "smoke and mirrors," making you see monsters in every shadow. Cause: An overactive Mercury being influenced by Rahu, creating a loop of "worst-case scenarios." Remedy & Solution:Coconut Ritual: On a Saturday, rotate a dry coconut around your head 7 times and leave it at a temple or in flowing water to "offload" the mental chaos. ● Wear Blue: Dark blue or black (Saturn’s colors) help ground the "airy" fears of Rahu. ● Action: The "Worry Window." Give yourself exactly 15 minutes at 5:00 PM to worry about everything. When the timer goes off, you are "forbidden" from worrying until the next day.
