How do I determine if I indeed have an anxiety disorder or not?

Name: Sidhharth Date of birth: 16 December 1997 Place of birth: Varanasi Time: 8:00 AM I've been feeling agitated, anxious, and always on edge. I avoid social interactions, overanalyze every little thing, and sometimes even get physically ill from stress. But I've never been professionally diagnosed with anything. I always wonder if this is just normal stress or if I really do have an anxiety disorder. How do I know if I really have an anxiety disorder or not? I want to know the signs better so that I can determine if I need assistance or if I'm just imagining things.

Namaste, Siddharth. It is a pleasure to guide a soul born in the spiritual heart of Kashi. In the narrow lanes of Varanasi, we know that while the Ganga flows eternally, our inner "Manas" (mind) often gets trapped in whirlpools of doubt. Siddharth, born on December 16, you possess a fiery Sagittarius spirit that seeks truth. However, when the Moon is afflicted by Rahu (illusion) or Ketu (detachment), the mind loses its ability to distinguish between a "real threat" and a "mental shadow." Anxiety Disorder (GAD) is like a persistent fog. It is "free-floating." You feel agitated even when there is no external reason. Because you mentioned feeling physically ill and avoiding social interactions, you have moved past simple stress. Your "prana" (life force) is being leaked through constant overanalysis. Signs Your "Antahkarana" (Inner Self) Needs Help: If you recognize these three patterns, you are not just "stressed"; your nervous system is in a state of chronic dysregulation: ● The "What-If" Loop: Your Mercury is overactive. Instead of using your mind to solve problems, your mind is using you to create scenarios that haven't happened. ● Somatic Conversion: Your stress is "descending" into your physical body. When the mind cannot process fear, the stomach and head take the burden. ● Social Paralysis: Avoiding people is a defense mechanism. It suggests your "Aura" feels thin and easily pierced by the energy of others. ● Astrological Remedy: Since you were born in Varanasi, I suggest you offer a copper pot of water to the Sun (Surya) every morning. This strengthens your "Atma-Bala" (soul strength) and burns away the fog of GAD. ● The Silver Remedy: Wear a solid silver ring on your little finger on a Monday. Silver cools the Moon and prevents the "boiling" of thoughts that leads to social avoidance
