How do I go about this compulsion to hurry to the ER during panic attacks?

Name: Arvind Date of Birth: 7 October 1989 Place of Birth: Hyderabad Time: 09:20 AM. Every time I experience a panic attack, I think I'm going to die and must reach the ER urgently. I experience pain in my chest, become blind, and reassure myself that it is a heart attack. Despite the doctors saying it's anxiety, I still feel like calling emergency services every time. I would like to know how to manage this urge and believe I'm safe. Is there some way of calming down without relying on medical reassurance each time the panic hits?
