How do I spin my chakras during meditation without forcing It?

I took an online chakra meditation course recently, and in one of the classes, the teacher taught us to "spin our chakras clockwise." I tried to visualize it, picturing spinning wheels of color within my body, but it felt clumsy and artificial. I didn't know whether I was even doing it correctly or if I was simply fantasizing it. I would like to learn how to spin my chakras during meditation in a way that feels natural and works. Is there some skill or feeling I am looking for, or does it happen spontaneously?

Greetings, Dev! Born in Nagpur at 7:45 AM, you found "spinning chakras clockwise" to be clumsy and artificial. The Problem: You want to know how to "spin" your chakras in a way that feels "natural" and works. The Solution: "Spinning" is a Metaphor for "Activity." You cannot "Force" a wheel to spin with your mind; you must "Feel" the vibration. Instead of "picturing" a wheel, focus on the Feeling of a Pulse. ● Focus on the Heart. ● Feel your heartbeat. ● Now, imagine that pulse expanding in a circular motion. The "Clockwise" direction is the direction of "Giving/Manifesting." If you feel a heart chakra spinning counter clockwise, it's often a sign of "Withdrawing/Healing." Let the rotating chakra happen spontaneously. If it feels artificial, stop visualizing and start "Sensing." Remedy: Nagpur is the "Center of India"—you are meant for "Balance." When you feel a chakra spinning backwards, don't panic. It’s just "Cleaning." Use Tiger’s Eye to help you "Feel" the dense vibration of the chakras so you don't have to "Imagine" them.
