How do I start chakra meditation if I have never done it before?

Hello, I'm Manav from Jalandhar. Born on 6th December 1992 at 10:15 PM. I have never tried chakra meditation before, but I just can't seem to stay away from it. I have no idea where to begin or which chakra I should start with. How do I start chakra meditation since I have never tried it?

Namaste, Manav. Born on 6th December 1992 in Jalandhar, you have reached a "Karmic Turning Point" where you can no longer ignore the pull of your inner world. The Answer: For a complete novice, the path to clearing chakras for beginners must follow the law of gravity: you must build the foundation before you build the roof. Many make the mistake of starting with the "Third Eye" because they want visions, but this leads to headaches and instability. ● The Roadmap: Start at the Root (Muladhara): This is located at the base of your spine. Spend 10 minutes a day for the first week simply visualizing the color deep Red. Use a 10 minute root chakra meditation audio if needed. ● Ascension: Only after you feel "grounded" and "safe" in your life should you move to the Sacral (Orange) and then the Solar Plexus (Yellow). ● The Morning Scan: Use a 10 minute chakra balance meditation every morning. This is like "brushing your spiritual teeth." It doesn't matter where you start as long as you start at the base. By beginning at the bottom, you ensure that as your "spiritual voltage" increases, your "physical wiring" is strong enough to handle it without causing anxiety.
