How long should I work with the root chakra before I move on?

I've also been working on my root chakra for grounding and stability. I practice breathwork, binaural beats, and see red light at the base of my spine. It's been three weeks now, and I do feel more secure but I don't know if I've actually activated it yet. How long should I practice to activate my root chakra before I move on to the sacral or solar plexus? Is there a sign that indicates to me that it's ready?

Greetings, Raj! Born in Varanasi at 7:25 AM, you’ve worked on root chakra meditation for three weeks and want to know if it's time to move on. The Problem: Is there a "Sign" that indicates your root chakra opening meditation was successful? The Solution: Three weeks is the minimum "Habit" period, but the "Sign" is "Environmental Stability." * The Sign: You know your Root is activated when your "External Life" starts to feel solid. You stop worrying about "What if?" and start focusing on "What is." Physically, you will feel a "Warmth" or "Heaviness" in your tailbone. Moving On: You don't "Leave" the Root; you "Build" on it. When you move to the Sacral, spend the first 2 minutes of your session on root chakra balancing meditation to "Check the Foundation" before you work on the "First Floor." Remedy: Varanasi is the "Root" of Indian spirituality. Your meditation to open root chakra is supported by the very ground you walk on. Use Black Tourmaline to "seal" the work you’ve done before you move your focus to the "Water" energy of the Sacral.
