I become anxious while meditating instead of feeling at peace, what do I do when that happens?
Name: Arnav, Date of birth: 9 September 2004, Place of birth: Jamshedpur, Time: 6:55 AM. Every time I get to sit down for meditation, I look forward to being peaceful but then an anxiety wave swells up inside me. My chest tightens, my mind panics, and I go crazy. It's frustrating because meditation is meant to calm me down, not make me anxious. I find myself anxious while meditating rather than relaxed. What do I do when that happens? Is there a more gentle way or a timing that accommodates my energy level better? Could my birth chart be the reason why I respond this way?
