I keep overthinking — could that be one of the main symptoms of anxiety?
Namaskar, my name is Ananya, born in Kolkata on 21st July 2004 at 6:55 AM. I wanted to ask something very basic — what are the most common symptoms of anxiety? Lately I feel restless and overthink situations, even when nothing major is happening. Could this be showing up in my chart because of planetary influences, and is there any way to handle it better?

a year agoNamaste Ananya, I can completely relate with your issue even i had the same problem a few years back. When the mind is busy all the time it starts thinking too much even about small things. The position of moon in your chart makes you emotional and sensitive. You feel deeply even about other people. But as per your chart I do not see any major sign of anxiety. However if you do not take actions now you will go towards it. You can control it with small daily habits. Remedies for you - 1. Avoid using the phone too much before sleeping. 2. Keep a white or silver cloth near your bed. 3.
