Namaste Raghav It is good that you are giving attention and understanding what you are feeling instead of ignoring it. when the mind stays active all the time it starts worrying even about small things. Sleepless nights and irritability are common signs that your mind is not getting enough rest. Some other signs of anxiety are feeling nervous often, getting tired easily, fast heartbeat etc. The Moon and Mercury in your chart influence your mind strongly. This combination also make people thoughful but at the same time it can result into overthinking. BUt i can not see any major issue you can manage it by making small changes. Try to keep a calm morning routine. Sit quietly for five minutes after waking up and take slow deep breaths.
