Is anxiety so intense that it can produce physical symptoms in the body?

Name: Ayesha Date of Birth: 21 February 1998 Place of Birth: Surat Time: 6:50 PM. I've been having physical symptoms like chest pain, tingling in my hands, and even vision blurring. I've had a series of tests, and they all come back fine. Yet I keep feeling something is off. My friend said maybe it's anxiety, but I didn't realize anxiety could do that to the body. Can anxiety actually make you feel this intensely physically? And if it is, how do I deal with it when it feels like an emergency medical situation?

Namaste, Ayesha. Born in Surat with a strong Aquarius influence, you have a highly active mind that can sometimes disconnect from your physical vessel. Ayesha, it is absolutely possible—and common—for anxiety to create "emergency-level" physical symptoms. This is known in astrology as a Mars-Moon affliction. Mars rules the blood and physical reactions, while the Moon rules the mind. When they clash, the mind sends "false fire alarms" to the body. Tingling, blurring vision, and chest pain are the body’s way of saying it is "overloaded" with Rahu's electrical energy. The fact that your medical tests are fine is the greatest proof that this is a vibrational and emotional issue, not a structural one. The Cause: An overactive Mercury and an agitated Mars. Your body is in "Full Combat Mode" (Fight or Flight) even though there is no enemy in sight. Remedy & Solution:Copper Therapy: Wear a pure copper bracelet on your right hand. Copper regulates the electrical flow in the body and prevents "tingling" and nervous surges. ● Color Therapy: Avoid wearing bright Red during high-stress weeks; opt for White or Cream to soothe the Moon. ● Breathwork: Practice Anulom Vilom (alternate nostril breathing) for 10 minutes. This balances the left (Moon) and right (Sun) hemispheres of the brain.
