Is it possible to cure my anxiety completely or will it continue to come back?

Name: Kavya Date of Birth: 15 August 1995 Place of Birth: Amritsar Time: 10:10 AM. I've been struggling with anxiety for much of my adult life. I've had better periods when I was calm and in charge, but the anxiety is always back. It's like a cycle I'm stuck in. I desperately need a cure for my anxiety. Can one really be cured of it, or is it merely a matter of treating symptoms and hoping for the best? I'm fed up with stopgap measures and want something more permanent.

Namaste, Kavya. Born in Amritsar in August, your Leo Sun energy wants to be the master of its own destiny, yet you feel like a slave to the cycle of anxiety. Kavya, you are looking for a "cure," but in astrology, we look for "Samyama" (Balance). Anxiety is often cyclical because it follows the transits of the planets—specifically the Moon's 28-day cycle and Saturn’s longer movements. You feel better when the planets are in "friendly" houses, and worse when they hit your "sensitive points." To find a "permanent" solution, you must stop treating the symptoms and start treating the Vata-Pitta imbalance in your birth chart. The Cause: A "flickering" internal flame. Your Leo Sun provides heat, but your anxiety acts like a gust of wind that threatens to blow it out. Remedy & Solution:The Saturnian Foundation: Saturn is the antidote to the anxiety cycle. Create a non-negotiable daily routine. Saturn loves consistency. Wake up, eat, and sleep at the exact same time every day. This creates a "rhythm" that the anxiety cycle cannot easily break. ● Charity: On Saturdays, donate black sesame seeds or iron items. This pacifies the "Karmic" element of recurring anxiety. ● Mantra: Chant "Om Sham Shanicharaya Namah" to invite the stabilizing energy of Saturn into your life. Action: Stop seeking a "cure" and start seeking "resilience." When you accept that the wave will come, you can learn to surf it rather than being drowned by it.
