Is there a short and simple guide to meditation which will truly make me feel calm and relaxed?
Name: Devika, Date of birth: 3 September 2001, Place of birth: Kochi, Time: 6:50 AM. I meditate in order to relieve anxiety and most of the online guides are very long and complex. The instructions make me feel heavy, and I find that I stop halfway through. All I need is a short and straightforward guide that I can follow daily. Where do I get one which is short and simple and actually makes me feel relaxed? Preferably, something that is in tune with my energy and not like an obligation.
