Is there any way to stop lifelong severe anxiety at my age?

Name: Prabir Date of Birth: 19 March 1950 Place of Birth: Kolkata Time: 6:00 AM. I’m 75 years old and I’ve lived with severe anxiety for most of my life. It’s always been; the racing thoughts, the fear of judgment, the constant tension. I've tried therapy, medication, and even meditation, but nothing really works. I'm sick of feeling this way and questioning if it's too late to change. I have a strong Saturn influence in my birth chart, which I've been told can make it difficult to emotionally let go. Can one ever prevent lifelong anxiety at this point in life, or do I have to live with it?

Pranaam, Prabir, your wisdom is great, but your Saturnian burden has been a long companion. Prabir, in Vedic astrology, Saturn represents old age and "Karmic baggage." If you have a strong Saturn, you feel that you "must" carry your suffering as a duty. But at 75, you are entering the "Sanyasa" (Release) phase of life. Your racing thoughts and fear of judgment are "grooves" in the brain made over decades. While the "grooves" are deep, the Soul (Atman) is never anxious. You are not "changing" your life; you are "unmasking" the peace that was always underneath the Saturnian tension. The Cause: A lifelong Saturn-Moon influence (Vish Yoga) that has made "worry" feel like "responsibility." Remedy & Solution:Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra: This is the ultimate "liberation" mantra. Chant it or listen to it daily to release the fear of judgment and death. ● Donation of Time: Share your stories with the younger generation. By "giving away" your experiences, you lighten your own Saturnian load. ● Acceptance: Paradoxically, saying "It is okay that I am anxious" stops the "anxiety about being anxious," which is 50% of the burden.
