Is violent shaking an actual symptom of anxiety or something else entirely?
Name: Ritesh Date of Birth: 3 November 1993 Place of Birth: Bhopal Time: 8:30 AM. When I am anxious, I shiver uncontrollably especially in my hands and legs. It's embarrassing and makes me think I'm losing control. I've had people ask if I'm ill or withdrawing from something, but it's anxiety. I'm afraid that this intensity of shaking indicates something more serious is occurring. Is extreme shaking a typical symptom of anxiety, or should I be alarmed at something else?

6 months agoGreetings, Ritesh. Born in Bhopal in November, you have the depth of Scorpio season, which can sometimes manifest as "volcanic" internal energy. Ritesh, uncontrollable shaking is a hallmark sign of severe Vata imbalance. In your birth chart, if Saturn (cold/rigid) and Mercury (nerves) are in a difficult conversation, the body "shivers" to create heat and release pent-up nervous energy. It is not that you are "losing control"; it is that your body is attempting to "shake off" the heavy burden of anxiety. Think of it like a computer fan spinning at maximum speed to prevent a meltdown. It is a protective mechanism, though a distressing one. The Cause: A clash between Saturn's restriction and Rahu's volatility. The shaking is the physical "friction" between these two forces. Remedy & Solution: ● Warmth is Key: Always keep your neck and feet warm. Drink warm ginger tea to introduce the "Fire" element, which stops the cold Vata shivering. ● Ashwagandha: This herb is ruled by Jupiter and helps stabilize the nervous system, reducing tremors over time. ● Mantra: Chant the Hanuman Chalisa. Lord Hanuman represents "Strength and Control" over the air (Vata).
