Should I fight off a panic attack or let it quietly pass by me?

Name: Meenal Date of Birth: 27 September 2004 Place of Birth: Jaipur Time: 10:00 AM. Panditji, I've begun noticing when a panic attack is going to strike my chest constricts, my mind races, and I feel like I'm losing control. At those times, I ask myself if I should resist it or simply allow it to take its course. Some advise distracting yourself, while others advise sitting with it. I was informed my moon is in Cancer and I'm experiencing a Rahu ketu. Could that be making me emotionally hypersensitive? I wish to know how best to react when panic starts mounting.

Greetings, Meenal. As a Jaipur native with a Cancer Moon and Rahu-Ketu influence, you are an "Emotional Empath." "Fighting" panic is like fighting a wave—it only knocks you down harder. "Sitting with it" is the Jupiterian way. However, for a Cancer Moon, sitting with it can feel like drowning. You need a "Middle Path." Remedy & Solution:The "Float" Technique: Imagine the panic is a train passing through a station. You are on the platform. You see the train, you hear the noise, but you don't get on the train. ● Mantra: Chant "Om Hreem Namah"—the mantra of the Goddess who provides "Maya-Shakti" (control over illusion). ● Action: Because of your Rahu-Ketu transit, your "perceptions" are skewed. Tell yourself: "This is a chemical event in my body, not a reality in my life.”
