What do I do when my anxious partner does not want me to help him?
Name: Geeta Date of Birth: 3 March 1996 Place of Birth: Pune Time: 6:30 PM. My boyfriend is going through a tough time with bad anxiety, but he will not let me in. He shuts himself completely. He does not want to communicate with me, and insists that he does it on his own. I want to help him, but I feel helpless and rejected. I worry that forcing him to may do more harm, but doing nothing and just standing by also doesn't seem right. What do you do when someone you care about is battling anxiety but won't accept help?

6 months agoNamaste, Geeta. Born in Pune in Pisces season, you feel your partner's pain, but his "shutting down" is a Saturnian defense. When an anxious person shuts down, their Mercury has stopped communicating to protect their Moon. Forcing him to talk is like trying to open a locked door with a hammer. Cause: He is in a "Ketu" phase—wanting to solve the problem internally and fearing that showing "weakness" to you will make him less of a man (Mars issue). Remedy & Solution: ● Silent Support: Sit in the same room with him without talking. Your Piscean aura of peace will do more than words. ● Light a Diya: Light a lamp with the intention of "clearing his path" daily. ● Action: "The Note Method." Leave a small note: "I'm here when you're ready. No pressure." This gives him a "Mercury bridge" he can cross when he's ready.
