What exactly did I feel like while doing chakra meditation and was it usual?

Hello, I'm Ritu, a freelance illustrator based in Pune. I was born on 12th March 1991 at 6:45 AM. Last week, I had my first experience with chakra meditation. I didn't know what to expect, but halfway through, I noticed a weird warmth in my chest and tears were rolling down my face. It wasn't sadness. It was like something was being let go. Was that normal? Did I make any mistakes? I'm eager to know about everybody’s experiences when they did it the first time.

Namaste Ritu, Being born on 12th March 1991, your chart reflects the deep, intuitive waters of Pisces. Your experience in Pune was a classic example of Pranic Release. The Analysis: What you felt—the weird warmth and the "sadness-free" tears—is absolutely normal and, in fact, a sign of success in cleansing chakra meditation. In the yogic tradition, this is known as Chitta Shuddhi. Your Heart Chakra (Anahata) acts as a storage house for suppressed emotions (Samskaras). Because you are an illustrator, you already have a refined connection to your emotions. The warmth was the activation of your internal "Agni" (fire) melting away old energy, and the tears were the medium of its exit. You didn't make a mistake; you allowed your soul to breathe. The Remedy: To continue this clearing chakras for beginners journey, I suggest wearing a light green silk scarf or keeping a piece of Rose Quartz on your desk. This will provide a "container" for these emotional releases so they don't feel overwhelming.
