What meditation for anxiety can help when I feel trapped in my own mind?
Hello, I’m Rishi, 30, born 18th March 1993 at 5:50 PM in Pune. Lately I’ve been feeling trapped in my thoughts; even small tasks make me anxious. When I try to meditate, I feel suffocated, my mind races, and sometimes I feel like I can’t breathe. I really want to find a practice that helps me calm down. Can you guide me to the right meditation or approach that will actually soothe me based on my birth chart?

Due to Moon being afflicted in the sixth house in your horoscope, there are complaints of mental problems, stress, anxiety etc. (First phase of Shravan Nakshatra) The day of birth is on Thursday. At present, the Mahadasha of Rahu is going on in the Antardasha of the Moon which is also creating a lunar eclipse in the horoscope. If the remedy for the Moon in its Dasha is done from the horoscope, then this problem which you are seeing or will gradually get eliminated as per the astrology. Remedy. 1.
