What to do if no one is there to help me with social anxiety?
Name: Danish Date of Birth: 2 May 1994 Place of Birth: Agra Time: 9:25 AM. I've struggled with social anxiety for many years, but I've never once had anyone to speak to about it. My family doesn't get it, and I don't have close friends that I feel comfortable sharing things with. I feel isolated and overwhelmed a lot of the time, particularly at events or during meetings. I want to improve, but I don't know how to begin when I feel so utterly alone in all of this. What can I do if I have no support system to guide me through my social anxiety?

6 months agoGreetings, Danish. Born in the city of the Taj Mahal, Agra, your chart shows a soul that is meant to build its own foundation, even if it feels lonely right now. Danish, your feeling of isolation is often tied to a 12th House or 8th House dominance in the birth chart. These are the "hidden houses" where we deal with our demons alone. When your family "doesn't get it," it is because your 2nd House (Family/Support) is likely disconnected from your Moon (Emotions). You are experiencing a "Karmic Solitude" period where the Universe is forcing you to find the "Guru" within yourself rather than looking for a support system outside. Being alone with social anxiety is incredibly draining because you have no "mirror" to tell you that your fears are irrational. However, in 2026, Jupiter's transit offers you a chance to find "Digital Sangha" (spiritual community) if the physical one is absent. The Cause: A weak Jupiter (the guide) or a strong Ketu (detachment). Ketu makes you feel like an island, while a weak Jupiter leaves you without a roadmap. Remedy & Solution: β The Yellow Ritual: On Thursdays, wear yellow clothing and feed a street dog or a bird. This pacifies Ketu and strengthens Jupiter, bringing "unseen help" into your life. β The Peepal Tree Remedy: Every Saturday evening, light a mustard oil lamp under a Peepal tree. This invites the "ancestral protectors" to stand by you when human support is missing. β Mantra: Chant the Guru Mantra: "Om Gram Greem Groum Sah Gurave Namah" to attract a mentor or a supportive friend into your orbit. β Self-Counseling Action: Start a "Dialogue Journal." Write a question from your "Anxious Self" and answer it from your "Wise Self." You must become your own therapist until the stars bring a professional or a friend your way. You are never truly alone; the planets are your oldest companions.
