Why do I become angry when I am anxious and how do I control it?

Name: Sanju Date of Birth: 14 December 1995 Place of Birth: Nashik Time: 8:10 AM. Whenever I am anxious, I become irritable and angry too even at those I like. It is as if my body is overpowered and my feelings pour out uncontrollably. I detest that I snap when I am really frightened or under stress. It is damaging my relationship and making me feel embarrassed. How can I deal with this mix of anxiety and anger? Can I split them and react more peacefully?

Hello Sanju. Born in Nashik with a Sagittarius sun, you have a fiery spirit that, when compressed by anxiety, can explode into irritability. This is a classic Mars-Mercury conflict. When the nervous system (Mercury) is overloaded, the "fight" instinct of Mars takes over as a defense mechanism. You aren't "angry"; you are "over-stimulated." Cause: Your high-energy Sagittarian nature is being stifled by Vata (air) imbalance, causing a "fire in the mind." Remedy & Solution:Cooling Therapy: Drink fennel and cumin tea. These are cooling seeds that pacify the "Pitta" (fire) in the stomach, which is often where anxiety-anger begins. ● Mantra: Chant the Shanti Mantra: "Om Shanti Shanti Shanti" to introduce a peaceful frequency into your aura. ● Action: The "Five-Second Pause." When you feel the snap coming, physically touch something cold (like ice or a cold wall) to ground the electrical surge of Mars.
