Why do I experience only physical symptoms of anxiety throughout the day and not mental panic?

Name: Tanmay Date of Birth: 9 September 1996 Place of Birth: Pune Time: 10:40 AM. I've been experiencing ongoing physical symptoms like pressure in my chest, dizziness, tension in my muscles, but I'm not feeling anxious mentally. It's frustrating because I had assumed anxiety was supposed to be about the mind. I've gotten tests and everything reads fine physically. So why does my body sense that it's under attack 24/7? Is this a type of anxiety, or something different?
