Why do I experience the physical symptoms of anxiety alone and not mental ones?
Name: Ishita Date of Birth: 3 June 1994 Place of Birth: Jaipur Time: 2:55 PM. I feel anxiety in my body, constricted chest, queasiness, shaking but in my mind, I'm blank. There's no racing thoughts or panic, just a body that's like it's being attacked. I just discovered that my Virgo moon may cause me to somaticize stress more than some. Is it typical to get really anxious and only exhibit it physically? Why does my body respond when my mind isn't?
