Why do I feel anxious and self-conscious during online classes, even when I understand the material well?

Name: Aarav Kapoor Date of Birth: 3rd February 2005 Place of Birth: Mumbai Time of Birth: 7:40 AM It happens in the online classes when the teacher calls me; I become very blank-headed, my chest tightens and my heart is beating out of control. Although I have practiced my responses, I am usually scared of being judged, and occasionally, my hands get shaky. Then, I picture what has happened in my mind and become embarrassed and nervous throughout the hours. Last year, I began to avoid speaking up online, regardless of knowing the content well. Does astrology provide the answer to the question of why virtual social situations will cause such strong responses? Do positions in planetary spaces affect my online social space comfort?

Answer - Psychological explanation: Aarav I think I can understand what is going on here. This is a common thing that happens to people. When you are being watched even if it is just online you can start to feel really nervous. You feel you are being judged. You might feel your chest get tight your heart start racing your hands get shaky. You might even feel like you forget what to say. This is all because your body is getting a burst of adrenaline which is like a special kind of energy that your body uses in emergencies. After it is over you might keep thinking about what happened and that can make you feel really embarrassed. This can make you more scared the next time you have to do something, like that and it can be really hard to break out of this cycle. The thing to remember is that online classes and performance-based social anxiety are really common and lots of people deal with this kind of thing. When you do not participate you might feel better for a while.. This also tells your brain that speaking up is not a good thing to do. This makes you feel more anxious as time goes on. The thing is, this is not about how smart you're how good you are at something. It is, about your brain getting stressed. That makes it hard for you to remember what you already know about the topic of public speaking and public speaking is what is causing you anxiety. Public speaking is what you need to work on. Astrological explanation: Aquarius Sun, shows that we are more aware of ourselves. We care about what other people think of us and we're sensitive to how groups work, especially in public places. Mercury or Moon automatically makes us overthink what other people might think about us. We might think about it much but that does not mean the stars are what make us anxious. The stars do not make us feel scared or tell us if we are comfortable, on the computer or not. They just help us understand why we might be sensitive sometimes. Our Aquarius Sun is still the thing that shows we are aware of ourselves and care about what others think. Your anxiety is learned through repeated stress-conditioning, not written into planetary geometry.
