Why do I get nervous while studying and how do I prevent it from spoiling my concentration?

Name: Rohan Date of Birth: 18 August 2005 Place of Birth: Patna Time: 11:00 AM. I suffer from panic attacks while studying, particularly during exams. It begins with a constricted chest and then I feel that I can't breathe or think. I try to persevere but my head blanks out and I end up breaking down or abandoning. I've missed deadlines and flunked tests due to this. I want to know how to prevent panic from ruining my concentration. Is there a means of studying without triggering anxiety and actually learn what I'm studying?

Greetings, Rohan. As a 2005-born student in Patna, you are under the pressure of Mercury’s highest expectations. "Blanking out" is a "Mercury-Blackout." When the "Fire" (Exam Stress) gets too high, the "Air" (Thoughts) disappears. You "abandon" because your Saturn feels the "Debt of Knowledge" is too high to pay. Remedy & Solution:The "Study Anchor": Always study in the same place, with the same scent (like a peppermint candle). During the exam, keep that same scent on a handkerchief. The Olfactory Memory bypasses the "Anxious Brain." ● Mercury Strengthening: Eat Almonds and Walnuts soaked overnight. These nourish the "Magaj" (Brain/Mercury). ● Mantra: Chant "Om Aim Namah" (Saraswati Beej Mantra) 11 times before opening your books. Action: "The 25-5 Rule." Study for 25 minutes, then look at a Green Tree for 5 minutes. Green is Mercury’s color and "resets" the concentration.
