Why do I panic and treat virtual meetings like a trial when I am aware that everybody at the meeting is nice?

My chest feels tighter, my hands become cold, and I feel that I cannot say anything, even when I know the answers. I repeat the encounter later, where I am obsessed with small things that I might have done. Weirdly enough, I feel safe with these people in real-life situations and unsafe when using the Internet because I think they can observe and judge. This has tended to keep me not speaking out, which influences learning and confidence. Will my birth chart be a clue as to why I am so nervous in virtual social places when I am ready to be?

Answer - Tanvi, I get that you really feel nervous in meetings. This is because being online makes you feel like you are being stalked. You know the people in the meeting are nice. The camera and the screen still make you feel like you are under a microscope. This makes you get tight lipped. You start to overthink, which causes you stress and burn out. When you meet people in person it feels more comfortable. You can see how people are reacting to what you're saying and it feels more natural.. When you think about the virtual meeting again later it makes you worry even more. You start to avoid meetings because of this. The online setting is just not the same, as meeting in person. It makes you feel really self-conscious Tanvi. Virtual meetings and online settings make you feel this way. It is okay to feel like that Tanvi. This is called social anxiety, not lack of ability or courage. Astrology may reflect introspection, but it does not cause panic in virtual settings. These reactions are learned nervous-system patterns. With practice and gradual exposure, confidence in online spaces can improve.
