Why do I panic in social situations even when I know I'm safe?

Name: Aanya Date of Birth: 15 April 1998 Place of Birth: Delhi Time: 10:00 AM. Hello, I have panic attacks all the time in social situations. It begins with a racing heartbeat and then I feel as though everyone's staring at me. I get lightheaded, my hands sweat, and I want to leave. The terrible thing is that I know I'm okay, but my body has other ideas. I've missed out on important things because of this. I need to know how to be present in the moment and calm myself down. Can I deal with panic without avoiding people?

Hello, Aanya. Born in Delhi with a Gemini influence, you are meant to be social, but Rahu is making you feel like a "prey" in the crowd. Gemini is the "most anxious zodiac sign" when it lacks grounding. You feel people are staring because your Mercury is projecting its internal chaos onto the faces of others. Remedy & Solution:The "Wall Anchor": In social settings, stand with your back against a wall. This provides "Saturnian" support and prevents the "fear from behind" that triggers lightheadedness. ● Observation over Introspection: Instead of thinking "How do I look?", pick one person (a stranger) and count how many times they blink or what color their shoes are. This "external focus" saves you from the "internal spiral." ● Mantra: Mentally repeat "Om Budhaya Namah" (Mercury Mantra) to stabilize your focus.
