Why does meditation for anxiety trigger more fear and negative thoughts for me?
Hello, I’m Ananya, 22, born 9th October 2001 at 11:55 AM in Chennai. Recently my anxiety has been out of control, so I started meditating daily. But instead of feeling peaceful, I feel surrounded by dark thoughts, my breathing gets heavy and I sometimes start crying for no reason. It feels like meditation is opening something inside me that I can’t handle. Based on my birth details, can you guide me to a safer way of meditating or another practice that will actually soothe me?
