Will I get any benefits by using a meditation cushion?

HELLO Rahul, There is absolutely no harm in using a meditation cushion. Honestly, it’s not the cushion or direction that gives you benefits, it’s your practice. A cushion just makes you sit more comfortably so your back stays straight and you can focus better. You can even light a candle or diya in any direction while meditating. The benefits of meditation are different for everyone. It depends on how much time you give, how regular you are, and also what kind of meditation you do. Some people do meditation for health, some for money, some for peace, etc. I would say start with 7 chakra meditation. In the beginning when I started meditating, I actually felt a little negativity also, like old emotions were coming up. But slowly I started feeling lighter, calmer, and I even noticed that I began attracting good people and opportunities more easily. Here is one very effective meditation you can try at home: 1.Take a bowl or tub of warm water. Sit in a quiet room. 2.Add spoon of rock salt if possible. This helps absorb negative energy. 3.Play a soft cosmic “Om” sound in the background. Keep the volume low. 4. Place your feet in the water. Close your eyes. 5. Take slow deep breaths. Inhale through your nose. Exhale through your mouth. 6. Imagine all the negativity is going into water and water is turning black. 7. Do this practice for 10 minutes and flush the water after that NOTE - Make sure you do it regularly for 21 days to see results
