Am I doing witchcraft if I perform an egg cleanse?

I tried an egg aura cleanse last week because I felt stuck and drained, but later someone told me it’s considered witchcraft. Now I’m confused — I didn’t mean it that way at all. Am I unintentionally doing something wrong, or is this just a spiritual way of clearing energy that’s been misunderstood?
