Can aura cleansing help in periods?

DOB: 18 Sept 1995.

Time: 7:30 AM.

Place: Jaipur, India.

My mother used to tell me, if my aura is blocked or influenced by my periods. I could get missed periods and painful periods. Recently, I am having really painful periods, I never had before.

Actually, I never felt pain during periods. Is my aura surrounded by negativity? Are there any aura cleansing methods which can help me through it?
