Can practicing gratitude journaling help realign my aura?

Hello, So, I have this technique that I always use when I feel down. Its called gratitude writing. So, thing is that when I feel down or feel low. I open my notebook and write things down for which i am gratitute for. It really helps too. I feel good after it. Is this a kind of method that people use for aura balancing? I want to know more about it.. Is gratitude writing helps in realigning my aura?
