Can psychic abilities really heal or cleanse my aura?

I’ve been reading about people with psychic gifts who claim they can heal others or cleanse their aura. It sounds fascinating, but also a little too mystical to fully believe. Can psychic abilities actually cleanse my energy or restore my aura, or does it only seem to work because of belief? What really happens during these energy healing sessions on a spiritual level, and could it help me feel balanced and protected?
