Does adding burning rituals in ASMR Reiki make aura cleansing more powerful for me?

I’ve seen ASMR Reiki videos where practitioners use meditation along with burning rituals to remove negative energy. I wonder if adding fire or other ritual elements actually makes my aura cleansing more effective, or is Reiki alone enough to clear my personal energy?
