Does aura detox actually help heal heartbreak energy?

I had a very recent breakup of a long term relationship. To heal from it, I tried an aura detox bath to clear all the emotional energy that I have carried for the last 5 years of my relationship.

But the effect is less, should I do it regularly or is there any other techniques to do it so that it becomes effective? Was that session just a placebo effect on me?
