How do I purify my aura?

Recently, I have experienced such a lot of weight, as though something is draining my power. Not only fatigue, it is something more, nearly frozen energy. They say that it will occur when your aura is blocked or full of negativity. I am beginning to suspect that may be so because despite having rest I do not feel fresh. I would also like to understand how I can clean or purify my aura, whether with spiritual means or with ordinary things, to be able to feel lighter and peaceful once more.
