How often should I use sage for aura cleaning?

So recently I started doing smudging with Sage by seeing youtube tutorials. And it really felt calming, it felt like amazing. My house smells nice, it feels like the bad vibes are gone. But how often should I do it? I don't know. If I overdo this, could it affect me negatively on my environment or even my aura? So, I feel like Sage is a very meaningful part of my daily life. I could do this every day, seriously. But I really want to know more about it. If something negative could happen if I do it regularly.
