Is my aura unbalanced due to planetary shifts?

So recently, I'm feeling so out of balance like this very weird force inside me, which is making me feel very uncomfortable. So, is there any planetary shift that is happening in my chart, which could help me understand this. Also is this something related to my aura getting disbalanced. Or is my aura getting disbalanced due to this shift in planets or is my chart affecting my aura balance? I want to know more about it and how to deal with this?
