My grandmother struggles with stiff knees — can foot energy clearing support her mobility?

My grandmother has problem with walking since I am seeing her, and recently that I feel has gone worse. I feel that her knees have been stiffened with age. She has been going to a physiotherapist but alongside that, i was hoping if any foot detox or something can help?
