I have always wondered what someone meant when he or she mentioned "aura." Others refer to it as your spiritual field and some say that it is a kind of glow which displays your inner feelings or vitality. I observed that people usually sense my mood before I even say anything, as they can even feel my energy. I ask myself whether I exhibit more aura when I am feeling stressed or relaxed. What does my aura tell me about myself at the moment and what does it tell me about my emotional or spiritual status?
