What shall I do to get rid of the negative aura caused by a narcissist?

I usually feel exhausted after being around narcissistic individuals as I feel like their energy filled me with negativity. It is heavy and almost like their toxic aura lodges me even after they have disappeared. I do want to know what I can do to shake off that weight and to safeguard my own strength. Or are there special ways or methods, be it spiritual or practical, which can assist me in clearing up this negative aura, and get me light again?
