Why do I always feel something bad will happen when things go too well?

When I laugh a lot, I feel as if I will cry later in the day. It is so ingrained in my thoughts that, now, I can't even enjoy properly. I feel like if I enjoy it a lot, something bad is going to happen to me. Does this reflect in my birth chart? Is this true, that the more you laugh the more you cry?
