Why do I cry when I do fire rituals at night?

Time: 11:25 PM.

Place: Kochi, India.

Everytime time I sit with a candle or do aura cleansing with fire. I end up crying a bit. Like if I close my eyes and meditate, tears just come to me. Is the fire pulling out the emotions or am I just releasing any hidden energy?
