Why do I cry when I feel anxious even if I’m not sad?

Whenever anxiety hits me, I cry uncontrollably. And sometimes, as I cry, I get so unstable breathing and then I feel like scratching myself, because it could help me calm the anxiety. My anxiety gets triggered even through small issues. My mom said, I have a water dominant chart, is that because of this? Please guide me.
